We've invested in a brand new CNC Press Brake machine which complements our plasma cutting & profiling service.
We own a LVD 170 Tonne 8 axis CNC Press Brake machine to provide metal bending and folding services capable of bending our largest available 'cut' on our plasma machine of 32mm. The benefit of using CNC bending is control, all pieces come out in perfect condition and exactly to the required specification due to the CNC controller. We have a versatile selection of tooling available to accommodate any folding projects. As with all our services, complete satisfaction with the required job is what we're always aiming for, where it's one off custom work or production scale.
