From our workshop in Barnstaple, Devon we offer a complete CNC plasma cutting and profiling service.
CNC Fabworx uses the latest and most powerful precision plasma technology. Our Plasma profiling process has the capability to produce the high standards required throughout manufacturing and our engineering team can achieve exceptional cutting detail on a variety of materials. These state-of-the-art machines in our North Devon factory can create complex components from flat sheet metal quickly, cost-effectively, and at a high quality. We can cut any conductive material from 0.5mm to 50mm. We work with companies in a wide range of industries including automotive, motorsport, transport, material handling, construction, architectural, shopfitting, furniture, and security.
Plasma Profiling
A significant investment has been made over the last year to provide our customers with a quality product and on-time delivery.
We have achieved this by acquiring our Escco Plasma profiling machine, matched to the latest Hypertherm MAXpro200 power unit. This allows us to improve cutting times, cut complex profiles, improve edge quality and increase productivity. We can cut a variety of materials which include but aren't limited to mild steel (pierce capability 32mm), stainless steel (pierce capability 22mm), aluminium (pierce capability 22mm), copper (pierce capability 20mm). We hold a large variety of stock metal, should we need to order any in we have a very good relationship with our steel provider and can see the product the next working day.
